Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For”, is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our Newport Beach, CA office.


Duties & Responsibilities

The individual selected for this opportunity will serve as the front desk receptionist, answering the phones and greeting guests as they arrive. He/she will be responsible for distribution and shipment of all FedEx, UPS packages, mail, and routine conference room organization.   He/she will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties, to include preparation, distribution, and filing of correspondence, reports, contracts, and spreadsheets; vendor meeting set-up & coordination, and travel coordination.   He/she will provide project assistance as needed, to include plotting drawings and assembling drawing sets for distribution, scanning drawings, collection of municipality project requirements, and coordination with internal corporate departments in other offices.


Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills and will be proficient in general administrative functions;
  • Solid MS Office Suite skills;
  • MS Project experience a plus;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment required; and
  • Experience working in an architectural environment is a plus.
