Founded in 2014, Amy Braun Architects is a small architectural firm located in Anaheim, California whose primary work focus is facilities maintenance design in the entertainment, commercial, and multi-family sectors. As Project Manager, you would be fully involved in all current and upcoming projects, including:

  • Entertainment facility upgrades
  • Multi-family housing (ground up construction)
  • Hospital and government facility tenant improvements
  • Residential new construction and remodeling

The ideal candidate will work exclusively under the direction of a licensed architect.


Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Duties

  •      Act as point of contact for sub-consultants, including MEP, site/civil, and structural engineers
  •      Conduct initial project investigations: site visits, as-built documentation and verification
  •      Coordinate design documents from project inception through construction, ensuring documents are coordinated between trades and adhere to evolving project schedules
  •      Ensure compliance with accessibility, building codes, and zoning regulations


  •      Organize and maintain project files
  •      Demonstrate an understanding of constructability
  •      Navigate complex code requirements by jurisdiction
  •      Participate in design and material selection



  •      Proficient in: AutoCAD, Adobe DC software, Rhino, Sketchup
  •      Be a self-starter, willing to take on more responsibility as we grow
  •      Enjoy working (and work productively!) in a small office environment
  •      4-6 years experience preferred.
  •      Working experience in commercial construction (no telecom, please)
  •      Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.; comfortable climbing ladders

Education Requirements

  •      Must have a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university


Salary DOE:  $60,000-$70,000
