Small architecture and design firm located in Costa Mesa is seeking a friendly, amiable and dependable part time bookkeeper.
Duties & Responsibilities
Work with Firm principals and staff, assist with accounts payable/receivable, project invoicing, payroll processing coordination and 401K coordination (through payroll service) and general front office administration and light word processing. Additional tasks include answering telephones, mail and coordination of deliveries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, QuickBooks and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to learn company telephone and voicemail system
- Adobe Indesign desired (not required)
Knowledge of bookkeeping methods and various reports.
Commensurate with experience.
