Course Summary: Presentation discussing the new Energy Code Standards including: Mandatory, Performance, and Prescriptive Measures, Time Dependent Valuation (TDV), High Efficacy Lighting, High Performance Walls (HPW), High Performance Attics (HPA), PV/Solar Credit, Hot Water Heater Changes, Basic Understanding of some of the Energy Points/Costs, etc.

Dave is licensed and certified by CalCERTS, CHEERS, BPI, LEED, HERS, HERS II, GreenPoint Rated, NGBS, and Thermographer. He is also currently on the California Energy Commissions (CEC) Code Compliance Planning Committee for the 2019 energy code. The 2019 Code is the energy code standards to meet our 2020 Net Zero Energy goal for all new residential construction.
